VALPIFORM' is the french leading
producer of gluten-free and allergen-free products.
We produce and distribute a wide range
of almost 60 gluten-free and allergen-free products:
breads, crackers, appetizers, mix, pasta, biscuits,
cakes, pizza bases, puff pastries, viennoiserie...
All our products have shielf-life from 3 to 24
months date of production.
All of our products are garanteed gluten-free
and comply with the Codex Alimentarius. Therefore,
they are suitable to gluten-free and wheat-free
diets (coeliac disease).
A large part of Valpiform and Allergo products
also are garanteed milk-free, egg-free, peanut-free
and/or soya-free. In order to garantee the absence
of these allergens, our products follow all necessary
steps: specific manufactoring methods, complete
traceability at each step of the production and
storage processes in order to prevent the risk
of cross-contamination and of allergens presence,
use of the most precise existing scientific analysis
techniques...
Last but not least, some of our products also
are lactose-free and organic.
In France, our products are distributed
through all existing distribution networks: mail-order,
dietetic and organic shops (Naturalia, La Vie
Claire, Bio Coop...), super and hypermarkets through
our Allergo brand name (Monoprix, Géant
Casino, Leclerc, Carrefour...). Valpiform is the
only french company with such a large distribution
network. Consequently, Valpiform is the ideal
company to represent foreign brands in the french
market. We already distribute in the french market
foreign brands such as Glutano, Glutafin, Proceli,
Hammermühle, Sanavi...
Valpiform exports its products in most of the
European countries: United Kingdom, Sweden, Denmark,
Netherland, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Italy,
Spain, Portugal...
Based in Compiègne, 70 kms north
of Paris next to the A1 highway, our 3000 square
meter factory is exclusively dedicated to the
production of gluten-free and allergen-free products.
It is certified ISO 9001 (2000 version).
